Privacy

Your story belongs to you.

You choose what you share. Tribute submissions are reviewed privately before any approved content appears on this website.

About contacting the group

The website uses email links for contact. Emails are handled through the group's Gmail account. The website also links to the group's Facebook Page, where Meta processes interactions with its services. This website does not contain a contact form, tracking software, member account or member database.

Optional interest form

The join page may link to a separate Google Form when the organisers activate it. Google processes responses submitted through that form. A child's name may be provided voluntarily, but it must not be published without separate permission. The organisers should restrict access to named people, collect only necessary details and set a clear retention process.

Remembrance garden submissions

The Our children page links to a Google Form for tribute submissions. Google processes the responses, which are stored in a spreadsheet restricted to named organisers and the website’s read-only service account. Contact names and email addresses are used for follow-up and are never included in the public website data. Nothing submitted is published automatically. Only the agreed public tribute fields are published after permission and organiser approval. No Google sign-in is required, and optional photos are arranged privately afterwards. Families can request a change or removal at any time through the group’s Facebook Page.

Respecting grief and privacy

Mothers should never be required to provide the circumstances of a child’s death simply to express interest. Any future gathering should also begin with clear, plain-language confidentiality expectations.
